About

I graduated from Graphic Design at ArtEZ Arnhem in 2024, where I developed a keen interest in (visual) storytelling. Often approaching large philosophical themes from a small human perspective, and generally with some absurd or fantastical twist, I hope to make the audiences of my narratives simultaneously think, feel, and dream—and make the world a slightly more interesting place in the process.
I have experience with a variety of media, from books to soundscapes to interactive experiences, though with a focus on animation and audiovisual work.

The Wyrd Mystery (2022)

This project started with ambitious plans for an animated film, but, after a twenty-page script and one or two shots, I came to the conclusion that this would be impossible in the allotted time. So instead, it became a trailer for this as of yet hypothetical movie. The story starts with a film noir inspired murder mystery, but the detective protagonist quickly discovers there is more to this case than meets the eye, and before he knows it, he gets swept up in an infinite multiverse. This multiverse is a collection of infinitely diverse worlds, connected through mirrors, each with their own infinite variations and multiplications. To portray this infinity, I called in the help of several of my fellow students ( Joshua Pettiti, Chayenne Pop, Ward van Bemmel, Nina Kieviet and Mila Groeneveld ), leading to a diverse mixture of aesthetics to make the multiverse feel truly infinite.
